Dr. Charles H. Daily
Dr. Daily was born in Mountain Park, Oklahoma and raised in the Modesto area, graduating from Oakdale High School in 1956. Following a year at Fresno State College, he played professional baseball for three years within the Boston Red Sox organization as a pitcher.
After completing his preoptometry education at Modesto Junior College, he entered the University of California’s School of Optometry at Berkeley, graduating in 1968. He has been in private practice for over 35 years. Dr. Daily is experienced in family vision care, contact lenses, and Lasik co-management. He is also TPA certified.
Dr. Daily enjoys living in Oakdale where he grows almonds and wine grapes.He and his wife Barbara have five children and nine grandchildren.
Dr. Warren L. Kennedy
Dr. Kennedy originated from Denver, Colorado, before moving to Fremont, California where he graduated from Washington High School. After attending Ohlone College, he transferred to the University of California, Davis where he did undergraduate work. A 1977 graduate of the University of California Berkeley’s School of Optometry, he has lived and worked in Modesto since 1979. Dr. Kennedy experienced in family vision care, contact lenses, and Lasik co-management. He is also TPA certified.
Dr. Kennedy’s passions are tropical fish, raising dairy and meat goats, and collecting toy trains. He has three children and is an active member of Kiwanis of Greater Modesto.
Dr. Laura M. Young
Dr. Young is a native of Oakland, California and grew up in Livermore, where she graduated from high school. She attended the University of California, Davis and then went on to graduate from the University of California Berkeley’s School of Optomerty in 1977. She has been practicing optometry in Modesto since 1979. Dr. Young is experienced in family vision care, contact lenses, and Lasik co-management. She is also TPA certified.
Dr. Young loves to collect cookbooks, read, do needle work and spend time with her three children she shares with her husband, Dr. Warren Kennedy.
